For me and boyfriend's one year anniversary I decided to make him a canvas wall hanging for his room. I chose a saying that reminded me of him and one that would be inspirational for him to see every day. We always talk about how giving each other grace is one of the most important aspects of our relationship and how we can give each other that grace because it was first given to us by Jesus. It's such a great reminder to us that he gives us more grace than we could ever give, which inspires us to thank him for his grace and be pushed to always give more.
Here is how I made his canvas...
It was super easy and turned out great! I will definitely do this again.
What you need:
Canvas
Readjustable vinyl letters
Ruler
Pencil
Paint
Sponge brush
X-Acto knife
1. Wipe down canvas, take a ruler and pencil in lines. Cut out vinyl letters and place them where you want them to be on the canvas.
2. Rip off the vinyl stickers and place them on the canvas.
3. Take the sponge brush and paint over the entire canvas. Make sure that the corners and curves of each letter are saturated in the paint.
4. Before the paint is completely dry (I would say probably 90% dry), use the X-Acto knife to peel each of the letters off. Leave canvas out to dry for a few more minutes, and DONE!

so cute! it looks wonderful!!
