I've got some explaining to do ...

Yes I am alive.

No I have not been blogging.

My Apologies friends! I just started a new internship at Intel and have been pretty busy. I don't have time to blog during the day and have been so tired at night I just go right to sleep! But I promise you once I get the hang of work life I will definitely start up again :) 

Fill in the blank friday

1.   The last thing I ate was   ... a cough drop, how boring... and weird.

2.  The next thing I'd like to eat is    .... SUSHI with katie since she is FINALLY home from Africa.. mmm Africa .. maybe the next thing I wanna eat is actually warthog. Yes warthog, I changed my mind.

3.  The best things  ... come to those who wait on the Lord. So hard but so true.   

4.  Something that makes me supremely and utterly happy is  ... Young Life camp. Evening typing it makes my heart flutter a little bit. This is the first summer in 6 years that I wont be doing anything camp related, so sad.

5.  Sports are... entertaining and  something I really enjoy. To watch, not to play. I'm not much of an athlete :)

6.  I miss... a lot of things. Mostly friends though. I am a very blessed girl and have made some amazing friends but a lot of them just so happen to live far away like in Tennessee or Spokane or Pendleton. It's tough, I want my own airplane.

7.  Right now I am .. up past my bed time.

Sorry for posting a day late but I was at the Tim McGraw concert last night ! I had the best time, the weather was incredible, I had great great friends with me, and the band perry and luke bryan performed as well. I love Tim, my first country concert !

Fill in the blank friday

1.   This weekend I'm  .. Celebrating my Sister's birthday, saying goodbye to my best friend for the summer, and relaxing!

2.  My last vacation was ...New York City last august to visit Maggie :)

3.  My next vacation will be ...  Eagle crest over 4th of july weekend and then Knoxville in August ! 

4.  My favorite way to relax is ..Laying in the sun by a pool, napping, reading, getting a massage

5.  When vacationing one should always .. Leave everything behind. It's your time to relax and enjoy yourself.       Use your cell phone or computer as little as possible. 

6.  When vacationing one should never... Complain or stress about anything.      

7.  The best part about a vacation is... Getting away. Being somewhere new, exploring, and resting.

Days go by

My junior year is officially over. I can't believe how fast it flew by and I can't believe all the things that happened this year! This was arguably one of the best years of my life and heres why:

FINALLY lived in the same city as my best friend.

and we both turned 21 ...

Went to the pumpkin patch

Watched my ducks win their way to the national championship

Had my first, and not last, trip to Seattle 

Had two of my dear friends fall in love and get engaged :)

Lead my first year of College Young Life 

With some pretty amazing people 

Turned into a Bieber believer

Went to some dances 

And a rodeo 

Became the recruitment chair of my sorority 

Met some famous friends 

welcomed a new friend into the world 

and snagged me a pretty awesome man 

I am beyond blessed by the people who have shown up in my life and incredibly lucky to have had all the opportunities that I did this year. It's scary to think that I am a senior in college and that my days at the UofO are numbered but I'm looking forward for what's to come and can only thank God for the work he's been doing in my life. Here's to summer !
